I give it 3 stars because of their loyalty program and not always getting the points when playing. Overall its fun, safe, and the staff are friendly. The food in the OH is very good my wife and I sometimes come in for just the dinner. Very frustrating if your trying to move up in levels and they arent giving you credit for playing, I dont believe there is any benefit really in having the card other than the coupons and gifts they sometimes give out monthly unless you can make it to the executive producer level, there I believe you get a cruise. Grab a bit, listen to good music, and hope to win. I have noticed when checking the next week no points were added to my total also frustrating is how quickly the points are reset to 0. Club Hollywood is a great place to visit, fellowship with strangers in a safe atmosphere. The biggest issue I have had in the past is not getting my points or rated at the table even after playing several hours. Most dealers are friendly have to watch a few at the craps table to make sure you get paid and paid correctly especially if you have multiple bets they will sometimes miss you, but don’t be afraid to speak up they will fix their mistake. Inside is clean but to many slots for my taste and very tight, but I usually play craps. The entrance and elevators starting to get worn not as well maintained.
